Only frontline workers, aged 18 years or older, in Connecticut or New York State are eligible for nomination and to win/redeem the free basic HydraFacial treatment (prize) if selected. Frontline workers consist of Doctors, Nurses, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, EMTs and other Healthcare Workers & First Responders. Nominees and those selected as “Winner(s)” must be able to travel to Ridgefield, CT or Norwalk, CT to redeem their free HydraFacial treatment. This contest is not open to Advanced Specialty Care employees or their families. Only one submission per person/nominator. You cannot nominate yourself (nominator cannot be nominee).
