High-speed hair removal and tattoo removal is now in Fairfield County! We have recently added a new, state-of-the-art Lumenis machine to our toolkit at our Ridgefield office. This new machine allows us to offer acne treatments, as well as laser hair removal that is much faster than before. Here are a few of the exciting things the new technology can do.

Tattoo Removal
This is really exciting news for those who can’t wait to remove that unwanted piece of art from their bodies! Tattoo inks are made of solid-colored particles, which can be targeted and eliminated by dedicated lasers. Basically the laser can fragment the tattoo pigment particles. With multiple treatments the color gradually becomes lighter over time until it fades away. The tissues surrounding the treated area remain unchanged, making the treatment selective and safe. Our new machine is very effective in removing black and blue ink tattoos only.
