I had a full hearing evaluation at Advanced Specialty Care. Melissa listened to my concerns about my hearing and then administered the tests. It was very thorough and complete. Afterwards, everything was explained and I was told why I was having the problems with my hearing and what could be done to fix them. My only regret/disappointment is that my Medicare plan required that to be covered, I had to go to another practice for my hearing aids. I would have liked to have stayed with Advanced Speciality Care and have audiologists perform the fittings of my hearing aids. I I see Dr. Bloch for my ENT issues, and Michelle Dimauro, APRN, for my allergies. I feel that a “Hearing Instrument Specialist” can’t be compared with an Audiologist (Au. D.) for hearing care. I realize I have simple “old age” hearing loss, but it’s my hearing and I want the best care I can get. For next year’s Medicare enrollment I’ll see if I can find an insurance that will allow us to go back to ASC for our hearing aid follow-up care. Everyone at ASC is the best!

We had some confusion with an appointment, but Melissa was able to see me today and I had my annual hearing test which resulted in an adjustment to my hearing aids. We made another appt. to check my hearing before my warranty runs out.

Melissa has been wonderful to work with. She has followed my hearing loss for many years and when I came to her asking for hearing aids she was so helpful. I am thrilled with my choice. My quality of life has improved greatly. Melissa slowly increased the volume etc of the HA and worked with me to make sure I understood the APP that I have. Again wonderful experience!
I was suffering the effects of hearing loss so I made an appointment with Advanced Audiology& Hearing Aod Services and saw Dr Melissa Tatton Lev. I couldn’t be happier. From the exam, exploring Hearing Aid options, to fine tuning the hearing aids I chose very thorough. She explained everything and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. I would highly recommend her services! My close friend went to a franchise Hearing Aid provider and spent a lot of money and has a product he can’t even wear. I’m recommending him to come here.
