We went to Donna Haupt frantic for answers to our son’s sudden ear issues. He was suffering from a very bad and complicated ear infection and was in a lot of pain and discomfort. It sounds wild but after urgent care, pediatrician, and a trip to the emergency room, my son had no relief. Then we found Donna Haupt. Her explanation of everything from anatomy to treatment process was amazing, and she spoke to my son directly so he too could learn how to care for himself. We are very happy with our visit and experience with her. We have found a new ENT.

Donna is my champion of the day — had been dealing with a nasty, nasty sinus infection for the past nine days. My doctor deemed it as unnecessary for me to be seen beyond a virtual appointment, but I was still really suffering from symptoms. Nearly thought I was out of the woods when I went to the ENT to check get checked out just in case. Was seen by Donna who heard me out and showed amazing bedside manner. As it turns out, it wasn’t cleared up — I had a lot of green mucus in the back of my throat and could’ve started to feel worse again! Donna prescribed me antibiotics and we’re doing a follow-up in a few weeks. After the difficulty I had in being seen by a provider in person, I feel really seen by Donna and confident in recovering from this sinus infection. So, so happy I went today. Thank you sm Donna!!
