If you or a loved one is affected by a peanut allergy, Advanced Allergy and Asthma Care now offers a peanut allergy desensitization program. The program uses oral immunotherapy to decrease the likelihood of having an allergic reaction with accidental ingestion of peanut; this can lead to less stress and anxiety for those with peanut allergy, and their families.

Oral Immunotherapy involves cautiously eating very small, incremental amounts of peanuts slowly over time while being monitored in our offices.  By increasing your tolerance, accidental exposure to peanuts is much less likely to trigger a worrisome allergic reaction.
